We are pleased to invite you to the ALL-MICRO Open Day, organized within the framework of the ALL-MICRO project.
The ALL-MICRO Open Day offers a unique opportunity for companies, industries, hospitals, and medical centers to explore advanced research infrastructure, cutting-edge microscopy technologies, and innovative scientific activities.
As part of the Interreg All MICRO project, IOM–CNR invites the scientific community and the innovation ecosystem to discover its advanced microscopy laboratories, available technologies, and specialized expertise.
February 2026 was a dynamic month for the ALL-MICRO project, marked by training activities, outreach events, and strategic discussions on the future of the consortium.
The presentation explores the role of design and 3D printing as practical tools for developing prototypes, testing solutions, and evaluating new technologies before embarking on more structured production investments.
The Winter School on Electron Microscopy aims to provide basic training in the theory and practice of Electron Microscopy (SEM, TEM) and related techniques (EDX, FIB). The course covers imaging, diffraction and chemical microanalysis as well as important area of sample preparation.
The ALL-MICRO project meeting took place on 23 January 2026 and focused on the progress of ongoing activities, dissemination actions and future collaboration within the network.
In December 2025, several key decisions and coordination activities advanced the implementation of the ALL-MICRO project.

The Autumn School on Optical Microscopy took place successfully at the University of Trieste (UniTs) from October 15th to 17th, 2025.
We are inviting you to learn about the latest in optical microscopy during three days of Autumn School on Optical Microscopy organised at the University of Trieste (UniTs), on October 15-17, 2025.
The presentation ALL-MICRO. An alliance for advanced microscopy was held on Saturday, 27 September in Trieste as part of the “Focus: Life Sciences” section of TriesteNext.
TEC4I FVG is pleased to invite you to a special event dedicated to microscopy as a strategic driver for innovation and competitiveness within the regional and cross-border industrial ecosystem.
During the event celebrating the 25th anniversary of TEC4I FVG, an in-depth discussion on technology transfer took place, with opportunities for exchange and the presentation of concrete cases of collaboration between universities, research centers, and local companies.
The 17th MCM showcased the latest advancements in microscopy techniques (scanning and transmission electron microscopy, fluorescence and super-resolution microscopy, X-ray-based imaging techniques, diffraction imaging techniques), sample preparation methods, and microscopy data analysis. It was also an opportunity to meet representatives from companies developing instruments and software.
The ALL-MICRO project is now accepting requests of interest from individuals and groups wishing to visit one or more of our partner institutions, including access to our advanced microscopy facilities.
